During the cold season we transform our old Appenzeller parlor in a so-called ‘Chäs-Stübli’, where you can enjoy first-class fondue or raclette.

We offer cheese dishes of the Bergkäserei which is located right next to your guesthouse. Our fondue mix includes not only the classic moitié-moitié, but also a good share of Appenzeller cheese with it’s unique flavor. And did you know that the Raclette cheese of the Bergkäserei has been awarded several times as the best in Switzerland?
